Alternatively we offer a monthly subscription with a review of your progress every 4 weeks, assesing what changes your program requires, helping you to target your goals within a time frame that works for you.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. After completing the questionnaire, our team will prepare and provide you with a program based on your goal distance, and other answers including sporting history, injuries fitness level and 1km time.
Our Programs are designed by Michael McIntyre, a previous national and international marathon winning runner. Aside from reaching the elite status of running, he has also coached for 30+ years.
The rest of our team are all runners and bring an added level of knowledge around training and program creation so to understand all levels.
WIth each program being personalised, training programs are available for all levels, whether you have never completed any running programs or training to experienced runners looking for an improvement or new personal best.
While we encourage everyone to set demanding goals, for those hoping to run a half or full marathon we reccomend starting with a 5km or 10km program. These will provide a base level of fitness and endurance necessary to progress to the longer events.
